How the install works
We check the existing supply and consumer unit first. A dedicated circuit is run from the board to the charger with the correct protection, the unit is mounted on the wall or a post, and the installation is tested and certified. Where the consumer unit has no room or the supply is limited, we tell you before any work starts.
Smart and tariff charging
Most chargers connect to the home Wi-Fi so you can schedule charging for off-peak tariffs. We set the charger up and show you how it works before we leave.

Do I need a dedicated circuit?
Yes. An EV charger runs for hours at a high load, so it needs its own correctly protected circuit from the consumer unit.
Can you install on a post if there is no suitable wall?
Yes. Post-mounted chargers are common for driveways and detached garages.
