The complete installation
A new build lets you plan the electrics properly rather than work around an existing house. We work from the plans to deliver:

We can help with the electrical specification so the installation suits the property and avoids expensive changes.
First fix to certification
First fix goes in before plastering, second fix after, and the installation is tested and certified at the end. Electrical work in new homes must comply with Part P of the Building Regulations, and we explain how the notification and certificates are handled when we quote.
